
Our district values your feedback! This April 24th, we will be asking you to take a brief survey to tell us about your experience with Edmond Public Schools/Sunset Elementary. To ensure we continue to provide high quality, rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners and prepare them for college and career, we need your feedback. We are excited to see everyone for our Open House - Gallery Walk! There was a small change in schedule from our original calendar and this event will now be held on Tuesday, February 27th from 6:00 - 7:00pm.


Students and teachers in first and second grade celebrated the 100th day of school! They all look pretty good for their age!







Because of icy and dangerous road conditions, Edmond Public Schools will move to remote learning for all schools for Monday, January 22nd. Students should refer to information sent by their school site for assignments that will need to be completed for attendance to be counted.


Due to inclement weather, all Edmond Public Schools will move to remote learning for Tuesday, January 16th.


No School Monday, January 15th!

Last week Mrs. Wheeler led our 3rd graders in a fabulous winter program. Way to go, Seahawks, you all did amazing!




Third grade students in Ms. Harris' class have been working hard learning all about Oklahoma and building their salt dough maps. Huge thank you to Mazzio's pizza on Broadway for donating pizza boxes to our entire third grade.






Mrs. Wood's second grade students looked fabulous in their "Candy Cane Couture" today. We love seeing the students filled with holiday spirit!
